By downloading or using Bumbi ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Usage Rights

Bumbi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Android device you own, for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App or any part of it.

Free Tier

The free version of Bumbi allows up to 3 active reminders and includes all 3 intensity modes. The free tier is provided as-is and may be subject to feature limitations compared to Bumbi Plus.

Bumbi Plus: One-Time Purchase

Bumbi Plus is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks all premium features permanently. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or hidden fees.

• • The purchase is processed through Google Play and is subject to Google Play's refund policies.
• • Premium features are unlocked on the device and Google account used for the purchase. You can restore your purchase on other devices signed into the same Google account.
• • Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency on Google Play.

Your Content

All reminders and data you create in Bumbi remain stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your content. We do not access, collect, or claim any rights to your reminders or personal data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Bumbi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Bumbi is a reminder tool and should not be relied upon as the sole method for critical alerts, medical reminders, or safety-critical notifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bumbi and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, reputation, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Termination

You may stop using Bumbi at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanisms available in your jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
