Free tools for forgetful brains

No sign-up. No data collected. Built for brains that forget.

Forgetting things costs more than you think. Missed appointments, lost items, wasted food, and blown deadlines add up fast. These tools help you see the patterns and understand how your brain handles time, reminders, and follow-through.

Each tool draws on peer-reviewed ADHD research about memory, time perception, and daily functioning. Take any of them in under 2 minutes, get your results, and share with friends or your care team. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere.

Whether you suspect you have ADHD, already have a diagnosis, or just know you forget things more than most people, these tools give you a concrete starting point. Numbers are easier to act on than vague feelings.

Why we built these

Most "ADHD tools" online are either locked behind paywalls or designed to collect your email. We wanted something different: genuinely useful tools you can take right now, share with your therapist, or send to someone who doesn't understand why you keep forgetting things.

Bumbi started as a reminder app for people whose brains ignore regular notifications. We built these tools for the same reason: to help forgetful brains understand themselves better, one tool at a time. If the results are useful, Bumbi is free on Android.
